Reporting formats
Here you find reporting formats and instructions in relation to projects and actities that are funded through the DPOD Miniprogramme.
The mini-programme is financed by Danish government funds for development aid through Danida. For this reason the projects must comply with some general requirements for reporting.
The mini-programme is administered by DPOD which has also the responsibility for projects being implemented in accordance with the agreement entered into between itself and Danida. This implies that communication with Danida relating to the mini-programme agreement must take place through DPOD.
Besides reports, member organisations may also compile articles on their projects in the developing countries. A copy of these articles should be sent directly to DPOD’s development office.
The reporting varies depending on the different types of activities and project:
A. Partnership development
- After the partnership activity has been carried out the member organisation must submit a final report. Download format: Final partnership development report
B. Project support:
- An annual status report on the project must be submitted to DPOD. Download format: "Project status report"
- In addition to this, member organisations must ensure that partner organisations draw up a 6-month-report for member organisations to keep up with the implementation of projects. Download format: "Project activity report"
- On termination of the project the partner organisations must compile a final project report. Download format: "Final activity report"
C. Policy advocacy and networking
-
After the activity has been carried out the member organisation must submit a final project report. Download format: Policy, advocacy and networking "Final activity report"
