DPOD’s role
DPOD is in charge of overall coordination and implementation of the Personnel Programme, and takes part in recruitment of the development worker. DPOD and its member organisation are jointly responsible for relevant preparations and for the posting of the person employed. DPOD compensates the development worker to cover living expenses in the country of cooperation.
