Development objective:

By end of 2010, having an association of parents of children with learning disabilities that operates at administrative levels in accordance with Vietnam laws and policy.

Immediate Objectives:

1. Support the operation of the Motivation Committee to prepare for the establishment of the association.
2. Assist the organisation in achieving skills for staff and volunteers enabling them to run the organisation in a cost efficient and transparent way.

Target groups:

Parents of people with learning disability in Greater Hanoi, Vietnam.
